Welcome to True North Chiropractic & Wellness Center, LLC, doing business as Health Empowered Families (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, virtual chiropractic consultations, educational resources, wellness programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

No Medical Advice

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Virtual consultations and wellness recommendations offered through our Services are not a substitute for an in-person examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed chiropractor or healthcare professional.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any questions regarding a medical condition, diagnosis, or treatment. Reliance on any information provided through the Services is solely at your own risk.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to our privacy practices as described therein.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment:
Fees for Services are listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit card and other payment methods as indicated.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your appointment or Service prior to the scheduled time, subject to any cancellation terms communicated to you at the time of booking.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy in effect at the time of cancellation. Certain Services may be non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through the Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, educational materials, and software—are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any materials obtained through the Services without prior written consent from the Company.

Prohibited Uses

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Davis County, Utah and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Cellular Healing for Autism

Health coaching for parents of children on the autism spectrum or similar with an emphasis on supporting gut health, detoxification of toxic chemicals, metals and hidden infections. Participants can expect to receive emails and/or text messages once opting in requesting more information and/or booking a consultation.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages that may vary. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
